Schutzund USA West Coast Schutzhund Club United Schutzhund Clubs of America, Southwestern Region West Coast Schhutzhund Club was formed by DVG/dhv Judge Leo Muller and his wife Millie Muller in 1986.  Ted Hartman became Vice President & Assistant Training Director in 1996 and went on to become President & Training Director in 2000.  West Coast Schutzhund Club is one of the largest and most active working breed clubs in America with over 50 annual members.
